How to Zoom with mouse and keyboard?

I'm using AVNC on my Chromebook in clamshell mode so I have an external keyboard and mouse but I cannot figure out how to zoom. I've Tried Ctrl++ and Ctrl+Mouse Wheel and neither do anything.

If I use the touchpad I can pinch to zoom but that really isn't an option for me.

Sorry, that's not possible. AVNC will forward all key events to remote server. So Ctrl++ will trigger zoom in apps running on server.

If you only want to change the initial zoom, you can set the zoom to required value once and then save using toolbar.

Okay thanks, that will work. I guess a follow-up question, I have 2 monitors on my server but only one on my client. Is there way for the client to follow the mouse cursor so I can move between monitors (similar to RealVNC and bVNC) or is the only option to two finger swipe on my trackpad?

You can change the Gesture style to 'Touchpad' to make AVNC automatically pan the screen when pointer moves. But right now it is more optimized for swiping finger on a touch screen. You can disable 'Mouse passthrough' in AVNC Settings to force the mouse to behave like a finger, but the experience may not be optimal.

For best experience, you need to subscribe to #308 . I am almost done implementing it, and it will allow the screen to move automatically when mouse moves.
