Summer 2025: Project Board and Weekly Label Check Maintenance

Overview

We need to check all projects to make sure that the project boards and weekly label check are up to date so that the board and issues can be maintained properly

Action Items

• open the spreadsheet in resource 1.0
• assign yourself to a project
• open the weekly label check issue
• check to make sure the links at the top are working
• add any links that are missing (must have size, role, feature, complexity/level, milestone and project board)
• if any new links are added to the top, make sure they are also in the Audit copy block and links
• perform the audit by following the steps
• clean up the ICEBOX column to make sure each issue has
  • a defined dependency with '- [ ] ' before it
  • a dependency label
  • if the dependencies have been met
    • remove the dependency label
    • add a comment below with the project name and issue number with a note that it either
      • needs to be moved to the New Issue Approval column
      • needs more clarification
  • if there is no dependency label
    • leave a comment on the issue that it either
      • needs a defined dependency
      • needs to be moved to New Issue Approval column if there is going to be no dependency
