According to the latest ATF's dram-configs.mk and Config.in, the MT7981 available DDR4 size were 512 1024. So I fixed the MT7981 available DDR4 size in .mk files and adjusted the available DDR_SIZE choices in Config.in for MT7981 and MT7986.
