publish `@hiogawa/react-server-dom-vite` for the time being?

I think this just makes iteration a way easier so let's do it for the time being. Notably we need to actually read others react-server-dom-xxx to understand anything and that's our tasks to actually keep react-server-dom-vite up-to-date and consume react-server-dom features effectively.

• is pkg.pr.new enough? or npm? (@hiogawa/react-server-dom-vite? @vitejs/react-server-dom-vite?)
• versions (cf feat: add react-server-dom-vite react#1)
  • for now stable 19.1 and experimental 19.1
  • canary as needed?
