Homebridge does not work in Docker Desktop for Mac or Windows, because it cannot use host networking there (details).

* During fall 2026, every image except synology moves to Ubuntu 26.04, one release stream at a time. Node.js no longer publishes 32-bit ARM builds, so arm32v7 (32-bit ARM) is dropped when a stream moves to Ubuntu 26.04. If you run Homebridge in Docker on a 32-bit ARM device, move to a 64-bit (arm64v8) operating system to keep getting updates.
Each release is also published under a dated tag, for example 2026-10-30 for stable or beta-2026-10-31 for beta. See Available Images in the README for the latest details.
