All done — verified, and the icon from #1165 is in as well, so it should start showing in the Homebridge UI within the hour.
A few things stood out while I was reading through it, and they are worth saying because they are not the norm:
Every one of your nine npm versions has a matching GitHub release. Full coverage is rare, and it matters more than people realise — those notes are what a user sees in the Homebridge UI when they update.
No disk writes at all, and the only host the plugin talks to is api.octopus.energy.
The Matter side is done properly — guarded behind isMatterEnabled(), with unregistration handled as well as registration, which plenty of plugins skip.
Polling stops on APIEvent.SHUTDOWN, so nothing is left running when Homebridge stops.
Since it registers Matter accessories, I have also added it to the Matter Plugins wiki page, and your supports-matter keyword means the Homebridge UI will show a Matter badge for it too.
On uniqueness, for the record: the existing verified Octopus plugin publishes switches that turn on during the cheapest tariff periods, whereas yours reports actual electricity and gas smart-meter consumption. Different job, so no conflict.
Thank you very for the comments and kind words. I get frustrated myself when trying to work out plugins that aren't documented properly, so wasn't going to let it happen to my first first one!
