Package JSON: bugs.url missing
Package JSON: keywords must include at least one of 'supports-hap' or 'supports-matter' — see Declaring Supported Transports

Regarding the flagged environment access in dist/homebridge-ui/server.js: the plugin reads HOMEBRIDGE_STORAGE_PATH to locate Homebridge's accessory cache for displaying registered BE WAVE devices in the configuration interface.
It does not access environment files or collect user data.

I re-ran the checks against 1.0.9 and they passed, so it's now verified 🎉 I've added your icon too, so it should start showing in the Homebridge UI within the hour.
A few small things for a future version, none of them blocking:
The settings UI reads the cached accessories using the HOMEBRIDGE_STORAGE_PATH env var with a hard-coded fallback. this.homebridgeStoragePath from plugin-ui-utils is the reliable way, and it also misses child-bridge cache files at the moment.
src/accessories/alarm.ts:141 registers with String(config.platform) rather than PLATFORM_NAME.
package.json has no repository field.
About half the versions don't have a GitHub release, and some tags are spelled v.1.0.4. Release notes appear in the Homebridge UI when a user updates, so it's worth adding one for every version going forward.
