Migrate adapter layer demos to the demo repository

PR #4097 adds a few demos on the new adapter layer / SATP flow control feature. We should move this functionality to the demos repository https://github.com/hyperledger-cacti/cacti-demos

@gurpreet-singh-ji hello! Yes it is! Do you need any more context? Documentation on both repositories should be updated, as well as successfully running the adapter demos in the demo repository.

Hi! Thanks for the context
My plan:

1. Move docker-adapter-test.md and docker-adapter-testing.mk
   from packages/cactus-plugin-satp-hermes/src/examples/
   into gateway/satp/case_4/ in the cacti-demos repo
2. Fix all broken paths in both files so the demo runs
   from the cacti-demos repo
3. Update documentation in both repos accordingly
4. Delete the files from the main cacti repo

@RafaelAPB i explore the codebase more in depth and i have couple questions
1 - Is gateway/satp/case_4/ the right folder name/location
in cacti-demos for this demo?

2 - The .mk file references adapter-test-server.ts inside
the main cacti repo for the webhook server — should that
file also move to cacti-demos or stay where it is?
