Update visualization tool

HiperView:

• Add new summary type: radar Summary
• Add new detail present type: tsne plot
• Work with realtime system Influxdb and Nagios

Parallel coordinate:

• Change selection metric to table type:
  • reorder metric by drag and drop
  • disable and enable by check box
  • color by metric work with radar button
• Dataset choices update functions
