[FR]: Use area around notch in fullscreen

Description

Add an option to use the area around the notch on current gen macbooks when in fullscreen mode without the tab bar shown

The problem

When im using helium on my macbook pro with a notch in fullscreen theres just wasted black space to the left and right sides of the notch

Possible solutions

Add an option to use that space by just rendering the website in that area as well

Theres plenty of sites like google docs that just dont have anything in the space the notch would take up and tons more where it wouldnt be a significant issue

Additional context

It could also be a per site toggle in case it does cause issues

I guess there could also be an option to use that area for the compact tab bar but there might not be enough horizontal space
