metasploit metasploiton plugin not working

metasploiton plugin not working for some reason. I have configured the plugin correctly and changed the 0 to 1. after I change the 0 to 1 it doesnt give the message in the notifications tab that the module MetasploitOn has been started and stopped as it should.
moreover when i start msfconsole and work inside it doesnt start too.
as like it doesnt know that i am using metasploit or its not starting at all. I think it doesnt start at all even though its changed from 0 to 1. since there arent any messages about metasploiton below in the status window

Port: 5432 [Where postgresql is running faraday-server also needs this port to be oppened]
