Configure prompt fails if invalid boolean values in settings #962

To replicate,

set ^SYS("SourceControl","Git","settings","generatedFilesReadOnly")=""
do ##class(SourceControl.Git.API).Configure()

The configuration prompt will quit out with a "Cancelled." message after it gets to the "Generated files read only?" setting. There's no clear way to see what is wrong or how to fix it.
