Issue experienced with a customer:
Running Import All would delete SourceControl.Git.Utils class, thus breaking the source control extension.
Immediate cause was ^SYS("SourceControl","Git","TSH","SourceControl.Git.Utils.CLS") global subnode was set, and workaround was to kill it. Not entirely sure why they were set.
The bug here is that Import All should never be deleting things if they are from a package manager context.
Requires more investigation as the bug as described seems to have been fixed in #220 and I can't replicate it. I'm pretty sure the user was on latest version of Embedded Git.
Missing detail was that the customer had multiple namespaces and Embedded Git was mapped from one of them. To replicate:
do ##class(SourceControl.Git.API).MapEverywhere()
Then switch to another namespace, set the problematic node (or maybe it gets set by baseline export?), and do ImportAll. The class doesn't get recognized as part of an IPM context because it is mapped from another namespace.
