[FR] Add optional mDNS to docker image

Problem statement

Autodiscovery of the InvenTree server is not possible; so you need to set up the server on every device manually

Suggested solution

Autodiscover via mDNS/DNS-SD; We could include Avahi in the docker image and advertise the service.
This is also possible without d-bus.
For the app this would be a flutter package.

Describe alternatives you've considered

There are other discovery solutions like preferred hostname, SNMP discovery, ... - most of them are for enterprises and not applicable to simple networks
