[FR] Preview for attachment files

Problem statement

Currently it can be tons of files attached to a part, like assembly instructions, pictures.

It might be difficult to find the file of interest if a lot of files are attached

Suggested solution

display the files on a grid format with preview like thumbnails.

It could easily done for images, and could be expended with plugins to generate thumbnails for other format like CAD files, PDFs, Gerber, etc..

One of the images could be selected also as the part image, typically for CAD/CNC parts.

That should certainly be possible, depending on the level of needed extensibility we could add general file type-based integrations. My focus is currently on #5011 but I would be interested in looking into this.

Maybe we should split this up into 2 requests:

• this one for showing previews/thumbnails (that should be possible fast)
• a new one for file handling plugins (look at https://inventree.org/SchrodingersGat/inventree-wireviz to see what is already possible)
