[bug]: Brush and eraser size not applied when changing size with arrows in numeric field. #8760

What happened
There's currently a bug with brush size (also eraser): If we change brush size by clicking up/down arrows in numeric field, the size does not change until we hit enter.
What you expected to happen
The brush size should immediately change when clicking up/down arrows.
