What should this feature add?

I'd like the options to invert masks added to the context menus of layers so we can have a perfect invert instead of having to paint the inverse. It would also save a lot of time.

I'm assuming you mean regional guidance layers, because adding invert to other types of layer wouldn't make any sense.

Most sensible approach would be just add invert button to those layers similar to mask layer.
