Cannot run it

When i tried to run the setup it keep saying "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_APP.dll, MSVCP140_APP.dll was not found" even though i had it installed onto the system32 folder.

I'm not sure what you mean by "had it installed onto the system32 folder". Installing C++ runtime libraries should help, see https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170.
