When --quiet is passed, only the resultant filename / path should be reported (as per #21):

$ ipget /ipfs/QmWrUZ42cb34SezHLA4xZkPGGTfdcKpnMuAxEXD9yJAeiw/go-multihash.git
./go-multihash.git
