The ipfs add command help now renders the default values for all options.

Triage note:

  • this is likely parked until Implement modern CID profile from IPIP-499 #11071 lands, then rebase on top of that
  • we likely want to reference Import.Foo config keys, rather than hardcoding specific value, as many defaults will be tweakable via config
