terrible performance

I have terrible performance in games like RV There Yet, Misery, Dark Hours no matter what I do, whether I put more resources or do nothing on the host PC.
I have a Ryzen 5 1600, RX 6600XT and 16gb of ram
The problem is only in the HyperV virtual machine because I tested it in VMWare and it works much better.
The problem with VMware is that for Parsec it's garbage. That's why I'm not going to VMware

Using GPU accelerated remote desktops + a virtual display driver will allow you to use up to 4k60 FPS.

Is above answer for real??? What answer is "shouldn't use RDP at all" ......
"Always use a GPU accelerated remote desktop"??? So what should I use? Is that so hard to answer simple question here?

If anyone interested how to use HYPER-V VM on local machine, WINDOWS EMBEDDED RDP IS SIMPLY THE BEST SOLUTION, PERIOD! Parsec just sucks! It is slow, just don't even bother ... maybe when used for long distances but I doubt it!

Latest W11 PRO (as of 2026-02-22) as host and guest ......
Both H.264/AVC 444 must be enabled in gpedit.msc:
Prioritize H.264/AVC 444 graphics mode for Remote Desktop… — Enabled
Configure H.264/AVC hardware encoding for Remote Desktop… — Enabled
Then:

All above must be configured on both ends! Not just client or server. You can fine tune REG file in DisplayRefreshRate, you don't need to reboot either side, just reconnect.
I found mstsc.exe using UDP (select LAN instead of AUTO in advanced tab and enable all checkboxes), which should be better.
VmConnect.exe use TCP and definitelly higher throughput. Maybe better, after all it is a default for hyper-v.

Open "signal icon" in mstsc (my VmConnect crashes for some reason. so can't check there) and you should see framerate (should run some thing in the VM like FurMark or something, otherwise it will show 0 FPS - obviously).

Now it behaves like native console session, 0 lag, native framerate! Shared GPU (RTX 5060TI) lost just ~11% in FurMark which is quite impresive for VM;-)

Taking partially back. CSGO is terrible using mstsc and VmConnect ...... just for fun before I uninstall, I tried parsec and it works much better .... also when playing game, FPS dropped significantly in mstsc info window.
But for some reason, now all works fine in parsec, I mean when dragging windows, it feels like native, so something of above helped or I'm getting crazy .... anyway FPS games like CS are working, but hardly playable, but still I'm impressed.
Wonder if output of physical GPU can be assigned and I can bring it to one of my monitors as secondary input and just switch input on my monitor. It would be much better than some streaming ..... Also mstsc or vmconnect must be running, but I guess it can be fixed.
Also why I can't just install nvidia drivers in VM:-)

I get around 100 to 115 native fps, but I cap it so the host doesn't use all the resources, but it doesn't improve performance in the VM.
