App timeout and eventual crash

Description of the bug

When I updated Jellyfin to a more recent stable version (11.10.0, Docker) I found that Swiftfin on my Apple TV became unstable, and could no longer access my server reliably. When it opens, it takes longer to load the TV Shows tab and outright failed to load the Movies tab, and more often then not crashes the entire app. The only way to watch movies on swfitfin now for me is race the app to a collection with the movie I want to watch before it crashes, searching the movie name from the search tab, or starting the movie on another device and switching to the home page on Swiftfin to resume.

Reproduction steps

1. Update Jellyfin from 11.8.0 to 11.10.0.
2. Open Swiftfin on tvOS.
3. Scroll to movies tab.
4. Either it will fail to load all or some of the collection or crash to the tvOS Home Screen.

This doesn't help at this point, but do you have HDR/DV content on your server? For the most part, I have found this to be our primary culprit for issues. Jellyfin 10.11 introduces very granular HDR/DV tags which makes HDR/DV easier to determine playback for devices but can cause issues on older versions of the SDK. Specifically, pre-10.11 and 10.11 servers. 10.11 servers will have an extra value returned in the SDK that contains HDR/DV information that 10.10 or earlier SDKs (1.0.1 included) doesn't know what to do with and it can cause issues.

If this is the case, this should be resolved per: #1772 and included in our next tvOS release!
