This PR brings update of
wasmtimeto the version 41.0.3.As part of this change only methods which were removed between the versions and replaced by new similar methods were addressed, this PR does not add completely new methods (otherwise this PR would be much bigger).
WASIp1 is exposed only, not WASIp2.
Also some updates were made to be compatible with Rust 2024 release.
