Updating lake manifest for quote4 and aesop for Lean 4.9.0-rc1

The originally provided commit hashes were no longer found, as the original projects removed them.

For me the program only works with this hashes.

Testplan:

on the master branch:

lake clean
lake exec cache get

=> this throws errors
on this branch:

lake clean
lake exec cache get
lake exe tactic_benchmark --rfl Mathlib.Topology.ContinuousFunction.Ordered

=> works nicely.
