Improve OPA sync to use a query to fetch only relevant data #43
Description
At this point the OPA server sync uses the /v1/data API to fetch data, this can result in unnecessary amount of data being sent to OPADotNet. Instead the sync should build up a selection of queries to fetch only the relevant fields used by the policies required for the service.
