POC: Pull code for git-function from on-prem registry

Description

Verify (via a working example) if a git-function (buildldess mode) could be configured so that the code is fetched from an on-prem git-compliant registry via transparent-proxy or connectivity-proxy.

Reasons

Serverless customers were asking for a recipe. If possible we should have it documented.
