This adds a new component which integrates with the laravel/mcp package to easily add MCP functionality to existing laravel-zero projects.
There's a small assumption I made to move the original routes/ai.php to bootstrap/ai.php (since laravel zero projects don't have routes AFAIK), it feels weird but it felt logical enough.
