OpenBSD libasyncprocess.so

Is it possible to add libasyncprocess.so support for OpenBSD ?

Pre-compiled binaries are no longer committed to the code source tree.

libasyncprocess.so should be able to compile successfully now on OpenBSD as a standalone library after commit 239f5f1
