Model space part preselection defines inserted part color option #998

Add an option that enables matching the color for the inserted part to the selected model part color.
Describe the solution you'd like
Match exisiting colors on insertion without having to individually select colors.
1 - select existing part in model space or existing model steps
1b >> part color gets detected/selected
2 - drag new part into position from parts widget or insert tool
2b >> new part is in position and matches color selection from preselected element
