Description

I'm listening through Librespot device, and from the Android official Spotify app I'm trying to change the playback settings, but they are disabled, and when trying to tap on them, "Setting unavailable on the device you're listening on" message is displayed. Verbose log attached at the bottom.

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior in librespot e.g.

  1. Launch librespot (cargo built),
  2. On Android set the librespot device as listening device
  3. Open Settings/Playback and tap on any disabled setting, like Gapless playback, automix, crossfade, mono audio, Device broadcast status Equalizer, Volume normalization, Volume level, quiet, normal or loud.
  4. See some error/problem.
