• Stream create summary - add info about provisioning time after create
• Add info about provisioning time to Success toast after Stream Created
• Change labels for stream status from enabled/disabled to active/inactive

• Enable Mock CRUD in devtools

Verification steps

• Navigate to /logs/delivery/streams/create - check info text above Test Connection button
• Create stream and see updated toast message
• Check the status in stream table to be Active/Inactive, updated action in menu action and status select options above the table
