Add new optional NodeBalancers filter in Nodebalancer-Firewall dashboard.

Changes 🔄

Note: Contextual view integration at File1 and File2 is only temporary and have been added for reviewer. Once it is reviewed, it will be removed from this pr. There is no need to review these two files.

Add CloudPulseFirewallNodebalancersSelect.tsx component to select nodebalancers - an optional filter.
Integrate the above component in filter builder, component renderer.
Add test cases.

Centralized View:

Navigate to /metrics page under monitor tab.
Select Cloud Firewall For Nodebalancer dashboard.
See if filters are according to above figma.
Select a firewall, a nodebalancer region.
Nodebalancers filter will be enabled after above step, verify if the nodebalancers listed in the dropdown belong to the selected region and selected firewall.
How to identify if a nodebalancer is associated with the selected firewall? The firewall object received from /firewalls has an entities property whose id sub-prop specifies the nodebalancer id.

Contextual View:

Navigate to metrics tab under /firewalls page.
Verify that two filters - NodeBalancer Region and Nodebalancers are present.
Rest of the verification is same centralized view mentioned above
