Is there any Roadmap available for the Hardware design or electronic Design?

Like the case of Intel/Qualcomm/Broadcom/AMD/Nvidia etc Design engineer who develop processor or GPU or electronic devices like mobile, tablet or embedded system etc.

May be it's too much generalisation. Couldn't find any related to this.
