Hello, I'm Lundeen!

I'm a student at Stanford studying computer science and doing aerospace things - I have tons of interests, but recently have found the most joy working on GNC, AI, satellites, and embedded projects.

What I'm working on:

  • 🛰️ samwise gnc flight code - Attitude Determination & Control System (ADCS) built from the ground up for a 2U Cubesat called SAMWISE. This is a low-cost bus (<10k/unit) with cameras, reaction wheels, a star tracker, S-band comms, and more. In-house design of all subsystems enables us to bring the cost way down. We'll launch in July or October 2027.

Previously:

  • 🌲 treesats - Debris detection, collision avoidance, and adversarial threat assessment using edge compute for commercial satellites. This was my Treehacks project with a couple AA friends.
  • 🛰️ samwise gnc simulations - 6DOF attitude propagator designed to validate our ADCS.
  • 🧲 magnetorquer optimizer - Full-stack KiCAD design optimization software for PCB-based magnetorquers. Used for SAMWISE. *last updated: april 2026
