👉 Select person to manage changelog

In beginning of each Scrum meeting:

- Define a person who will take care of updating the changelog
-  After scrum, they write to the changelog (link below) what's going to happen next

During the sprint, check if new features, data etc. have been deployed to production, and add/move those those to changelog
