suggestions on troubleshooting custom url uploads

Hello!
I got a gpslogger logging my movements which is expected to send these to a Dawarich instance.
HTTP post, no auth, no certificate.
In most cases it all goes well, except yesterday.
Then I have pressed "stop logging" in the Android context menu while still in an elevator.
And the track segment got lost.
I can extract the gpx file from the device and import it manually, but is there a workaround to avoid such losses and be sure that every part to be uploaded either succeeds or triggers the error message?

I got a "allow auto-sending", "60 min", "when I press stop", "send zip", "send on wifi only" settings set.

Sorry to have missed this question. The app will attempt to re-send the Custom URL log a few times and give up. It should only attempt to re-send if the OS thinks there is an internet connection present, but it can happen that in some areas there are false positives.

There is a way to re-send it, in the auto send menu. You can enable the Custom URL sender there, and it works by recording to a CSV file, and then occasionally replaying the entire file to the HTTP endpoint.

This means that the URL listener on your server needs to be able to handle duplicates.
