1D SWAN spectra

Hi,
It looks like wavespectra does not yet support reading 1D SWAN spectra. Am I right in inferring this? I could potentially work on this feature. Are there any special issues I should consider?

Hi Clayton,

I think you are right and it would be great if you can work in this feature. Maybe @rafa-guedes can provide some insight on special issues to consider as he wrote the swan reader.
