Possible to support plugins allowing hygenic macros?

Note that the extensibility of this compiler stops at parsing. You can change how a particular structure compiles and change its semantics, but you cannot add new syntax. I did not want to encourage people to make hundreds of "CoffeeScript with small syntactic difference X" languages.

I would really love to see at least one CS inspired compile-to-JS language that takes huge risks like this.

my hand slipped. granted, this needs a heckload of work. and comments. call it more of a proof of concept/weekend project/waste of time.

mostly ported over from blackcoffee. I've changed some (most) of the helper function names to shorter, snappier things.

one of the specs is failing because the way I've handled the this context is wrong.
