Thanks! As @frederick-vs-ja explained, you need to use the magic "Fixes #nnnn" syntax in the PR description, which I've gone ahead and edited in for you. If it appears in a commit description (or a PR comment) it's just a "mention" of the issue, and won't set up the auto-resolve link. We merge PRs simultaneously to our GitHub and MSVC-internal repos in a semi-manual process, batched up to save time. Your PR will be part of the next batch when I return from vacation.
