Splitview with right pane has flickering animation #1897
Description
Describe the bug
A Splitview with a left aligned panel has a very smooth slide in animation for the panel.
A Splitview with a right aligned panel let it crashes into the splitview content and flickers.

Steps to reproduce the bug
In WinUi 3 Gallery set the Splitview Placement to Right and open and close the panel
