Description
This PR will replace the Fundamentals menu item
PathIconwith aFontIcon.Motivation and Context
The current "Fundamentals" item icon gets blurry when the screen resolution is 100%. (at least on my end it does)
This might be related to microsoft/microsoft-ui-xaml#4116.
How Has This Been Tested?
Ran the app and verified the change.
