Deleted binary files `InkCanvas.png` and `InkToolbar.png`. Updated `ContentIncludes.props` to remove references to these files.

Description
This PR removes unused image assets from the repository.
Motivation and Context
The removed images (
blank.png,InkCanvas.png,InkToolbar.png, andAutomationProperties.png) are no longer used in the project. Cleaning up these assets helps keep the codebase organizedHow Has This Been Tested?
