Runtime information is not clear enough for Azure Web Apps #1968
Description
Current the table shows information like this:

When we try to add the support for Linux web apps, we find that the JDK versions from SDK are inconsistent between Web Apps on Linux web apps and on Windows. Furthermore, Java SE web app has no information of web container.
We need to update the table roes of web apps to better align runtime information between Web Apps on Windows web and on Linux.
