Display typedef name of struct in outline instead of unnamed_struct

I'm not sure outline is provided by this ext, but if so, It wil be great to optimize the ouline to improve the show of typedef (enumeration and struct) using its alias.

Hi @heartacker . Thanks for suggesting this. I opened a bug against VS for a similar issue. As we share a lot of code with VS, we will likely inherit a fix from them.

Likewise, the large number of "unnamed_struct" entries affect the use of the outline.
