Missing feedback when test host crashes #578

Sometimes faulty software will crash the test host. In this event, C# Dev Kit is not giving the user appropriate feedback.
The test appears to take longer than it should, but the test result icon to the left of the test name is never updated. If there was a prior successful run, this means that the icon is left with the green circle check mark.
Command line output however shows:
The active test run was aborted. Reason: Test host process crashed
