feat: Support managed properties

part of #1052

This pr introduces:

• managed properties, see: https://docs.gradle.org/current/userguide/custom_gradle_types.html#managed_properties
• for those delegate types will changed among gradle versions, use a list to record all the delegate types for a certain closure with priority
