@MIchaelMainer @peombwa Can we get some kind of proposal of what the API for this might look like? Are we going to add GetResponseAsync() methods, or do we add a GetAsync onto the BaseRequest and then use GetAsync?

Add something like this to BaseRequest

        public async Task<GraphResponse> SendAsyncWithGraphResponse() {

            }
