Replace AUFS with OverlayFS #50

Based on discussions with Dale and Josh due to issues daleghent ran into with upgrading BR, we need to replace AUFS with OverlayFS. AUFS doesn't play nicely with BR or something.
Additional Info:
This was discovered while daleghent was working on mistifyio/mistify-os#166
BuildRoot Release for February.
