Proposal: Adding example on Socket Programming

TCP and UDP protocols play crucial rules in most of common soft wares , writing clean and perfect in socket programming is a quiet challenging task for beginners .

I'm open to good, succinct examples of this as PRs.

99.9% of network programming in Go is accomplished through the net/http package, which is why non-HTTP examples haven't been very high priority. That said, if a good and clean example is provided I'll be happy to look at a PR. A good place to start would be an example of a TCP socket server and client.

Hey @eliben,

Just pushed a clean, minimal TCP Server example in my PR (#636).

It addresses the simplicity comments from previous attempts, and I hope it looks good! Please let me know if there's anything else I can adjust.

On a personal note, I just wanted to add that this project was my very first step into Go, and now I'm using the language in a professional setting. I'm thrilled to finally contribute to the project!
