Particle position changes when parent object is scaled #395

Description
I have a world-space particle trail attached to a UI object. When the parent object’s scale changes, the trail briefly moves away from the parent and then snaps back into position. This only happens when the parent object is not at (0, 0).
This behavior started after updating to a newer version (tested in both 4.11 and 5.0.0-preview11). It worked correctly in version 3.3.13.

Expected behavior
The particles should not move away from the parent object when the parent is scaled.
